Classes    (all classes are ongoing and can be started at any time)

Tai Chi in the Sun style employs gentle flowing movements that will develop balance, increase circulation, and cultivate energy flow. This is the perfect place to begin to increase your physical activity levels, even if it has been many years since your last serious exercise.

Based on Iyengar style Hatha Yoga, we will be learning to utilize the breath fully while taking a journey through seated and standing postures, along with sun salutations, to gently lengthen and tone the muscles,  increase circulation,  release toxins,  reduce stress, and enhance wellbeing.  Please bring a mat.

Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen core muscles, balance opposing muscle groups, strengthen the back and relieve back pain. Other benefits include a trimmer torso, stress relief, and overall body tone. This is a floor mat-work class that will challenge even the most fit, but is simple enough for the beginner.  Modifications will be given for all fitness levels.  Please bring a mat.

Eric Huffman is returning to Peoria for two great seminars and two days of private treatments. Eric’s experience includes over 15 years of practicing and teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork. He has trained extensively in Japan with a renowned master reflexologist. His last visit here was a great experience for all participants. He will be here on Thursday, September 29th at 7pm to present and demonstrate the new Lifewave Patches that Dr. Marianne has just begun to use and recommend to some of our patients. The patches employ no chemicals or medications. They use nanotechnology to affect the energy field and can actually enhance performance, and release blockages. Questions? Come meet Eric on September 29th and get answers. Eric will be presenting a workshop on Saturday, October 1st, that will introduce the basic philosophy of eastern medicine, chi, and chakras. It will teach powerful techniques to open chi meridians and chakras to enhance your healing potential. It will introduce simple exercises to strengthen chi production, release stress, increase confidence, and calm the mind. Eric will be scheduling private treatments on Sept. 30th and Oct. 2nd.  Call our office to reserve your space at the workshop or to book a private treatment.
